The National Nursing Centers Consortium (NNCC) is the primary contractor in Southeastern PA to provide Environmental Inspections for children with elevated blood lead levels and to provide Environmental Home Assessments for families at-risk of lead poisoning or facing other home health hazards. Services are offered to households that have a child under 7 years of age and/or a pregnant woman living in the household. This program is funded by the PA Department of Health.

NNCC works with several subcontractors to provide these services. Contact information for each county is listed below. Please feel free to reach out for more information or to make a referral!
